Built By Us started with a simple belief — women build better when they build together. What began as a tight-knit community of women entrepreneurs has grown into a marketplace and movement, built by the same women who needed it to exist in the first place. We created this space because we were tired of building alone, tired of marketplaces that didn’t understand women-owned businesses, and ready to build something that actually does. Today, this is what happens when women stop waiting for a seat at the table and build their own instead.

Hillary and Bri have known each other for 12 years. They built alone for most of it, until they didn't have to anymore.
Together, they bring two communities, over a decade of friendship, nearly 4 decades of entrepreneurial experience and a shared mission: helping women build businesses… and each other.

Hillary is a connector, bestselling author, and advocate for women’s professional success. In 2014, she launched a speaker series in Los Angeles bringing female entrepreneurs together to share their stories and build real relationships. By 2019, that vision had grown into the largest ecosystem for women entrepreneurs across the US and Canada, offering mentorship, networking, and the resources women need to actually grow.

For 18 years, Bri Seeley has built her career around one commitment: the elevation of women. A certified hypnotherapist, TEDx speaker, and bestselling author, she’s spent the last decade working directly with tens of thousands of capable women to help them create more success in their businesses. Today, she works at the root, removing the subconscious blocks that strategy, coaching, and willpower alone have never been able to touch.
